Where we are
Our office is at No. 6, Maruti Mansion Building, First Floor, Office No. 6, Hosur Road, Koramangala, Bengaluru 560029 — Opposite Nexus Mall. The office is where the arranging happens — the care itself is delivered in the patient's own home, anywhere across Bangalore.
Who runs it
Two managing directors, both reachable on a direct line. In home care the thing families most often complain about is not being able to get hold of anyone with authority when something changes at nine at night — so the people who make the decisions are named here with their own numbers.
What we do
Hannah Home Care and Rehabilitation Centre places qualified nurses, trained attendants and therapists into the homes of patients across Bangalore — after a hospital discharge, during a long illness, through a stroke recovery, and for elderly parents who would rather stay in their own house than move anywhere else.
How we prefer to work
We would rather have a longer conversation at the start than a quick booking. Most of what goes wrong in home care goes wrong because nobody was clear at the beginning about what the work covered, what it cost, and who to call when something changed. Those three things settled properly at the outset prevent most of the problems that follow.
We will also tell you when you need less than you asked for. A family that calls asking for a nurse often needs an attendant, and saying so costs us money in the short term and earns the referral in the long one.
